    Step 1
    Purchase the HBDI® Assessment & Debrief Package

    Purchase the HBDI® Assessment & Debrief Package. When you reach checkout, be sure to enter the correct name and email for both the purchaser (for receipts) and the assessment participant (so the test link goes to the right inbox). This locks in your unique assessment ID and reserves a slot with one of our practitioners.

    Step 2
    Receive an email containing your next steps

    Within minutes you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your secure assessment link, a short overview of what to expect, and a calendar link to book your debrief. Keep this message handy—it holds everything you need to move forward and can be resent anytime if misplaced.

    Step 3
    Book your debrief session with one of our friendly practitioners

    Use the included calendar tool to choose a debrief time that suits your schedule. Our certified practitioners offer morning, afternoon, and after-hours slots (including selected weekends) so you can fit the session around work, study, or family commitments.

    Step 4
    Take the HBDI® Assessment

    Complete the online HBDI® Assessment—20–25 minutes of multiple-choice questions designed to uncover your preferred thinking styles. The platform auto-saves, so you can pause and return if interrupted, and your responses remain confidential and GDPR-compliant.

    Step 5
    Attend your debrief session

    Join your one-on-one debrief (via link or phone). Your practitioner walks you through your HBDI Whole Brain® profile, answers questions, and helps you translate insights into everyday strategies—whether that’s improving team communication, choosing study pathways, or planning career moves.

    Step 6
    Receive your personalised reports

    Immediately after the session you’ll receive your comprehensive PDF reports, personalised action tips, and curated resources for continued growth. We’ll also outline optional follow-up touchpoints (e.g., 3-month check-ins or team workshops) so you can keep building Whole Brain® thinking skills.
